History
Attitudes was established in 1996 and was the first and still is the largest
Salon and Day Spa in Council Bluffs.
 Before opening Attitudes, owner Vicki Billington was employeed by Stewarts. Vicki is a graduate of Stewarts/EQ School of Hairdesign.
As a salon/spa owner, Vicki feels it's very important to be educated in the many fields of the beauty industry. She carries licensure in Massage Therapy,
Esthetics, Nail Technology, Tattooing (for Permanent Cosmetics), as well as Cosmetology. In Nebraska, Vicki is also a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor
and Licensed Esthetics Instructor which keeps her informed on the latest trends as well as traditional practices. She currently teaches at Capitol Schools in Omaha.
Vicki also works part time out of two of Omaha's most popular Medical Spas, giving her experience in advanced medical settings.
Attitudes holds frequent educational meetings at the salon to keep the team members up-to-date on all the latest trends and products.
Attitudes' staff has many years in the beauty industry and strives for great customer service with a comfortable homestyle feeling.
